A Place to discuss Photoshop Elements

California Coast I do not know if this will attract any attention from our groups or clubs but it is worth a try to me because I am looking for more hands on experience using this software and I suspect there are a few other people out there that cannot afford or do not want to be as in depth as Photoshop requires. With that introduction let me add that what we can do here is discuss Elements in detail to better understand what it can do for us as photographers. Feel free to add photos, your own threads etc. If you know anyone that might be interested in this type of discussion feel free to invite them. Invite them to a Digital Group meeting as well.

There are a few things that Photoshop does that Elements cannot do. Actions is not one of them. I have been playing with this today and thought I would mention a fun site for both Adobe Photoshop and Elements users. It is PanosFX.com. This site offers up both free and for purchase Actions for both programs. It gives an excellent explanation of how to install them and has a separate section just for us Photoshop Elements users. Check it out. I will try to post a few samples in the near future.
